In April and May, I spent 3 weeks in Romania. My goal was to drive around the country, see the sites, meet some people and generally just explore the country while I was there. I did all that and more, and I had a wonderful time. Over the next little while, I will write about my experiences in the country and what its like to be an American, who doesn't speak the language, travelling in a foreign country.
I liked the idea of going to a country that is not on the normal tour guide routes. I wanted something different. I wanted to see Dracula's Castle. Plus, I heard that Romanian women are gorgeous, and that is now a confirmed fact. More later.....
